I Drank Vitalura Daily Every Morning for 8 Weeks — Here's My Honest Review

The unflavored morning powder keeps showing up in celebrity-adjacent wellness feeds. One editor put it through two months of 6 a.m. alarms to see if it earns the hype.

What we liked
+ Truly unflavored — disappears into water, coffee or a smoothie
+ Noticeably steadier mid-morning energy by week three
+ Short, transparent ingredient list with third-party testing
What we didn't
– Premium price per serving compared to basic greens powders
– Tub is bulky for travel; no single-serve packets yet
– Effects are subtle — skip it if you expect a caffeine-like jolt

The pitch for Vitalura Daily sounds almost too modest for a wellness product in 2026: one unflavored scoop in your first glass of water, every morning. No neon branding, no miracle claims — just a short ingredient list and a lot of quietly devoted fans, including, reportedly, a few very famous ones. After eight weeks of testing, I understand the appeal. I also understand the skeptics.

Full disclosure on method: I changed nothing else. Same coffee, same breakfast, same sleep schedule (chaotic). One scoop, first glass of water, before my phone came on — a rule borrowed from the Jennifer Aniston school of mornings, which this magazine has covered before.

Week one to week eight

Weeks one and two were, honestly, nothing. The powder dissolves completely — genuinely unflavored, which is rarer than it should be — and I felt precisely zero difference. If you’re the type to abandon a supplement on day nine, this one will lose you.

Week three is where things shifted. Not a jolt — more like the 10:30 a.m. energy dip got shallower. By week five I noticed I was reaching for a second coffee later, sometimes not at all. My Oura data showed nothing dramatic, but my afternoons felt less like a negotiation. Two colleagues on the desk tried it in parallel; one reported the same plateau-then-lift pattern, the other felt nothing at all and bailed at week four.

The ingredient list is the strongest argument: no proprietary blends, published third-party testing, dosages that match the studies they cite. The weakest argument is the price — you’re paying a premium over a basic greens powder for what is, in effect, subtlety. Whether that subtlety is worth it depends on how much you value a morning that doesn’t spike and crash. After eight weeks, I’m keeping mine.

Bottom line

Vitalura Daily won't transform your life in a week, and it doesn't try to. What it did over eight weeks was make my mornings feel more even-keeled — and that's exactly why it's staying on my counter.

Week three is exactly when it kicked in for me too. Almost quit at day ten — glad I didn't.

I want to believe, but 'steadier energy' is hard to separate from just sleeping better. Did you change anything else during the test?

The no-travel-packets complaint is so real. I decanted mine into a pill organizer like a gremlin.

Mixed it into cold brew once out of desperation. Surprisingly fine. Do not recommend with orange juice though.

Appreciate that this review admits the effects are subtle. Most of these read like infomercials.

Two months of testing for a powder. This is why I read this site.
